We started working with Marlin back in March of 2021, exactly when the house market started going REALLY crazy. We finally found a house this past month and Marlin was the main reason for this process to have gone so smoothly.
We saw over 80 houses total and placed at least 10 offers. Marlin was ALWAYS able to get us in the houses, no matter how short notice our request was. She was ALWAYS available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day and was ALWAYS quick when we had to make offers in a timely manner so we could even be considered among the hundreds of other offers. She was very honest and knowledgeable regarding pricing, house condition and potential. To top it all off, she has a full team of professionals (including but not limited to: Mortgage Agents, Inspectors and Lawyers) ready to expedite the process once an offer is accepted.
Even though it took a long time given the market situation and us being challenging buyers, Marlin remained hopeful, patient, and definitely more optimistic than we were throughout the whole process.
We will forever be grateful to her and will definitely use her once we decide to embark in another home purchase.
Ohhh and she speaks perfect Spanish !!

My buying experience was by far one of the most difficult and lengthy processes, however, Marlin made sure to always stay on top of the market and try to get us what we wanted at a reasonable price point.
